All orders with embroidery will require your approval before being sewn. We will fax or email you a signoff sheet for your approval that contains a preview of the embroidery and all applicable details.

Return Policy
Due to the customized nature of all merchandise sold, no items will be returnable. However, if a mistake is made on our end, we will make good to correct the order.

Shipping Terms

Almost all shipments are sent via UPS, cost is determined based on the weight of your package. All shipments include insurance. Please allow up to 24-72 hours to process your order. Please allow orders with embroidery around 2-3 weeks to be shipped. Sometimes orders will arrive in seperate packages as they ship from different warehouses, please allow 24-48 hours before contacting us about missing orders. We do not normally accept C.O.D.s, call us for more information on C.O.D.s
