All embroidering we do on items you order from us will be provided to you free of charge. Additionally, we also provide a waiver on digitizing (What is digitizing?):
Digitizing is free on any order of 36 or more items. The digitizing fee is a one time charge per unique logo. Re-orders are not charged another digitizing fee unless logo size or details change. Re-orders with an already digitized logos are processed much faster.

We place no limitations on your stitch counts
Unlike other companies that will place a limit on how many stitches you can have on your logo (and charge you extra for stitches above their limit ), we allow you an unlimited number of stitches for your standard sized logo.

We charge you zero or low setup fees on orders
Forget one hundred dollar setup fees on your orders to digitize your logo or image you wish to have embroidered. If you order quantities of 36 or more, digitizing is free. If you order between 12-35 pieces, the digitizing fee is a flat rate of $50. Once your logo is digitized by us, it will be archived and will be available for all future reorders.

In order for us to beat a competitor’s price you must provide us with genuine information from the retailer displaying the item and price. Most web sites, catalogs, flyers, etc. will work. We will then validate the information and provide you with a better price should we be confident in the information you provided us and we obtained. The competitor must have the item in stock and it must be the exact same item. While we will generally honor this guarantee, it is up to our discretion and we reserve the right to break this agreement at any time.

Once we confirm the price and offer you our lower price (usually 5% less) we ask that you place your order via our website at the listed price. Within 24 hours we will update your price to the lower price and send you an adjusted invoice via email and charge that amount to the provided credit card.
